Policies

All customers must register and pay for classes at least 24 hours in advance. If a customer is a "no-show" for a paid class, no refund will be issued. If a customer cancels a paid class with a 48 hour notice, the customer will be issued a credit towards another class fee. If Northampton Beadery cancels a class for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the customers.

Unless otherwise stated in the class description, material & supply costs are not included in class fees.
